THE DR POSTURE APP

A companion for
ongoing posture care.

Bring understanding into everyday practice. The Dr Posture app is being developed as a daily posture companion and Manubrium Lift® teacher.

Learning that stays
close to daily life.

Knowing what you want to practise and remembering it during a busy day are different challenges. The app brings learning, reminders and reflection into one place, with the aim of making ongoing care easier to fit into your routine.

The Manubrium Lift is central. Movement, appropriate support and physical capacity remain part of the wider picture. The intended experience leaves room for ordinary activity, without asking you to monitor your posture constantly.

Store availability and release dates are not yet confirmed.

THE PLANNED FIRST VERSION

Learn. Practise. Return.

Five connected features are planned to support a sustainable routine of Proactive Posture™.

01

The learning hub

Approved video and written teaching for the Manubrium Lift, alongside clear explanations of posture, Better Load Sharing™ and daily care. Safety guidance and evidence links will sit alongside the learning.

02

Reminders that fit your day

Set reminder intervals to bring your attention back to learning and practice at useful moments. A familiar activity, such as beginning a desk task, can provide a context for renewal.

03

An approved exercise library

Clear movement instructions and appropriate options to complement the cue and support mobility, strength and physical capacity. The library is intended to help you choose a manageable starting point and develop your routine.

04

Photo comparison

Compare front and side views using a grid and an orange reference line. The tool is intended as a visual aid to awareness, with user-controlled saving to the device.

It will not provide an automated posture score, diagnosis or measurement of tissue health. A photograph is one view of a moment.

05

Progress check-ins

Short reflections on your awareness, practice and routine consistency. The purpose is to notice what is becoming familiar and what needs attention, without turning every day into a posture test.

A ROUTINE YOU CAN BUILD ON

A familiar sequence.
Room for your own day.

01

Learn the cue.

Begin with the approved lesson and understand how the Manubrium Lift fits into broader posture care.

02

Choose a useful moment.

Link practice to an ordinary activity. Use reminders as support for that routine when appropriate.

03

Reflect and adapt.

Use a check-in to consider what helped, what felt manageable and what you want to revisit.

Introductory education, Manubrium Lift teaching, reminders and photo comparison are planned to remain freely accessible.
