AT A GLANCE

You stay in control. This form prepares an email for you to review. It does not send or store a request on the website. You send it through your own email service.

Choose the simplest option

  • Stop updates: use the private withdrawal link saved after signup, or email info@drposture.com with “Unsubscribe” and the address to remove.
  • Access, correction, deletion or a complaint: use the draft form below or write directly to the same address.
  • Clinical records: contact the clinic through its own patient-records process.

Prepare your request

This form is for adults. A parent or carer can enquire about a child’s information using their own contact details. Do not include medical records, passwords, identity documents or someone else’s sensitive information.

Use the email associated with the record if possible. We may need to check your identity before releasing or changing information.

If you send this email, Dr Posture Pty Ltd will use the information to handle your request. We receive it through our email service. Read the privacy policy for handling, overseas processing and complaint information. This does not sign you up for updates.

What happens after you send it

We review the request and may ask for clarification or a proportionate identity check. We aim to respond within 30 days and will explain if more time is needed. Email unsubscribe requests are actioned within five working days. A deletion request may not remove records we must retain or need to honour an unsubscribe choice; we will explain any limit.

For an unresolved privacy complaint, see the complaint process and OAIC option. If you need this form or policy in another format, email us for help.
