AT A GLANCE
- General education: the website is not an individual consultation.
- Personal sharing is welcome: keep complete PDFs, credits and safety notices together.
- Your rights remain: these terms do not remove protections that apply under Australian law.
Who and what these terms cover
These terms describe permitted use of the Dr Posture education website operated by Dr Posture Pty Ltd, Queensland, Australia. Questions can be sent to info@drposture.com. Read them alongside our privacy policy and health and safety disclaimer.
The website, illustrations, videos, interactive examples and downloadable guides provide general information. Accessing them, downloading a guide or sending a general enquiry does not establish a treating clinician–patient relationship.
Using the website
- Use the materials lawfully and follow the instructions and safety notices.
- Do not attempt to access other people’s information, interfere with the site or submit another person’s email for updates without authority.
- Do not present Dr Posture content as an individual diagnosis, personalised prescription or endorsement of your own product or service.
- Children should use the learning material with an appropriate adult. Adults should handle enquiries and email subscriptions.
Copyright, credits and sharing
© 2026 Dr Posture Pty Ltd and Dr David Shahar, DC, PhD, in the material they own. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights and any stated licence. A research citation does not transfer ownership of the cited work.
- You may link to the website, download and print the free PDFs for personal use, and share complete, unaltered copies with family and friends without charge.
- Keep the author attribution, copyright, website link, instructions and safety or disclaimer notices. Use picture sheets together with the full guide.
- Ask first before selling, rebranding, adapting or distributing the materials commercially, or using the logo in a way that suggests endorsement. Contact info@drposture.com for permission.
These conditions do not limit uses permitted by applicable copyright law or a separate licence. Dr Posture names, logos and branded methods may not be used to imply an affiliation without permission. If you believe material infringes your rights, send the relevant page or file, a description of the work and your contact details so we can investigate.
Downloads and email requests
Free downloads are supplied as educational resources. The signup form clearly describes the requested email updates; consent is not inferred from visiting a page or receiving a shared PDF. The privacy policy explains the current pending-request status and how to withdraw.
This website currently has no online checkout or paid subscription. If paid products, courses or subscriptions are introduced, their pricing, supply, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before purchase. Nothing here limits any consumer rights that apply to a transaction.
Accuracy, availability and other services
We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but knowledge and services change. Examples and illustrations simplify real situations. They cannot determine your condition, tissue load or personal risk. Individual outcomes vary; we do not promise a particular result from reading the site or using an exercise.
Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. External links are provided for context or convenience. We do not control those services or their content; their own terms apply. Report an error or accessibility difficulty through our contact page.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and seek individual advice when needed. General guidance cannot account for your medical history, technique or environment.
Nothing in these terms or our disclaimers excludes, restricts or modifies a right, remedy, consumer guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law. Responsibility for any loss or injury is determined under the applicable law; these pages are not a blanket waiver of responsibility.
You can read more about consumer rights and guarantees from the ACCC.
Updates and concerns
Updates to these terms will carry a new date and apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively remove rights already acquired. Queensland and Australian law apply, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
Please contact info@drposture.com to raise a concern. This does not prevent you from seeking independent advice, contacting a regulator or exercising any legal right.
